Surgical Procedure Video Gallery

Dr. Miklos and Dr. Moore have performed several surgeries and gained expertise in latest known technologies for performing these surgeries. Please see the videos below to view our latest videos related to surgical procedures and techniques.

Botched Labiaplasties

Drs. Miklos and Moore regularly repair botched surgeries performed by less skilled and less experienced vaginal surgeons.

Laparoscopic Paravaginal Repair with Burch (Cystocele Repair)

Drs. Miklos and Moore demonstrate Laparoscopic Paravaginal plus Burch Urethropexy. This surgical procedure is recommended for patients with cystocele (due to paravaginal defects) and stress urinary incontinence. The paravaginal repair is performed between the apex (highest point) of the anterior vaginal wall and the "bladder neck" (urethra meets the bladder) this part of the surgery corrects the cystocele (bladder drop). The Burch urethropexy is performed to stabilize and support the urethra.

Laparoscopic Sacral Colpopexy

Drs. Miklos and Moore demonstrate Laparoscopic Sacral Colpopexy, one of the most successful operations for vaginal vault prolapse. In this procedure, a synthetic mesh is sutured to connect the vagina to the sacrum (tailbone).

Laparoscopic Uterine Suspension

Dr. Miklos and Dr. Moore perform Laparoscopic Uterine Suspension.

Laparoscopic Vesicovaginal Fistula Repair

Drs. Miklos and Moore demonstrate the repair of a vesicovaginal fistula, which is an abnormal connection between the bladder (vesico) and the vagina. This type of vaginal fistula usually occurs during the healing process after a hysterectomy, infant delivery (vaginal or Cesarean), cancer operations, or radiation therapy.

MiniArc Mini Sling

The single incision minisling is the next step in minimally invasive treatments for stress urinary incontinence.

Monarc Transobturator Sling - TOT Sling

Drs. Miklos and Moore demonstrate a Monarc TOT Sling procedure, during which very small incisions are placed in the groin (one on each side) and the same small incision is made in the vagina under the urethra, allowing the mesh tape to be placed under the urethra in the correct position without having to pass needles blindly through the retropubic space and the abdominal wall.

Mesh Sling Procedure

Drs. Miklos and Moore demonstrate a Vaginal Mesh Procedure.
